DohaSouq is the first eCommerce portal in the State of Qatar. Merchants can display and sell their products, while individuals/companies around the world are allowed to browse the site, purchase items to be delivered within Qatar only.

You will need to register through the online registration form available on the website by clicking on the " Join Now " button on the Home Page and select “Individual Registration”. DohaSouq offers access to its services upon registration. A confirmation of your username and password is sent to you through the email. You may login immediately after receiving the e-mail from the site administrator, confirming your registration. Upon first login attempt, you’ll be requested to change your password.

Please store your Username and Password securely for further access to the website. Also remember to update your profile and registration details from time to time enabling us to get your current contact details. You can do this by pressing the " Update Profile " button, in your " My Account ".

DohaSouq offers mainly two types of memberships.

1. Individual
2. Company
   1. Basic Package.
   2. Golden Package.
   3. Platinum Package.

As of the package selected the, Supplier gets the ability of posting a number of products on the site.

You reach " My Account " directly after login.

This is a specially designed personal activity area for your convenience. A registered user gets the summary of all his/her options be conducted on the site.

" My Account" lets you:
         a. Edit your profile through “Update Profile"
       b. Change your password
       c. Track your orders.

You get access to purchase a vast number of products displayed on the Site, On-line, resulting delivery at the given destination within 24 hours from the placement of order.

You can reserve classified space to put your possessions for sale on the Site free of charge.

Receive Financial / general, advices / Ideas on current implements and trends in the Market. (E.g.: Share Issues, Credit card implementations, grand Prize draws, etc...)

Once you are logged in, you have the freedom of browsing the site while adding the products of your choice to the quite spacious “Shopping Cart” provided. If you are not able to finish the Shopping at a stretch, you can leave the selected items in the cart until you come back and complete it in a later time.
Once you are done, check out for the availability of stocks and select the mode of payment (Credit card or DBank Online payment).
Upon completion you will receive a SMS alert on your mobile phone confirming the placement of order.
Also you can enter your terms and conditions / additional information requirements to take place at the time of delivery.

You have the liberty of reserving classified space to display your possessions to put up for sale by Clicking “Place Classified” under “Classifieds” on the Left side of the Home page.
You can reserve it for a period of time at your preference. And it will be published under the supervision of the DohaSouq administrators. Charges (IF) will be declared to you when the purchase is made.

All postings pass through the site's administrator and would be visible in the Site pages within a few hours of its posting.
